Chocolate cupcake!

Chocolate cupcakes:

Today we are going to do a delicious chocolate cupcakes!
Let's cook!

You will need:

- A glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- A bit of water
- 1/2 glass of sugar
- A bit of salt
- 2 glass of flour
- 1/2 glass of butter
- 240 g. of chocolate
- A bit of yeast
- Bicarbonate

How to do it!

In a large bowl, mix cocoa, sugar, flour, yeast and salt. Add the butter, milk, eggs and vanilla extract, mix well, until we go running liquid, incorporate water and mix well. Split this mixture into the molds, about halfway because then the mixture will rise when we baking.

   We put it in the oven at 180 degrees for thirty minutes. When you pass this time, remove and let cool about 10 minutes before unmolding and consume.

''Tortilla de patata''

Hi!

We will do a traditional Spanish food ''La tortilla de patatas''! =)

You will need:

For 4 people:

- 6 eggs

- 3 potatoes

- Oil

- 1 little onion 

-Salt

Preparation:

Cut the onions, dice onions. Wash the potatoes, peel it and cute it on the middle, after cut again like moons of 1/2 inch.  Enter all in the pan, season to taste and fry over low heat for 25-30 minutes. 

The save the oil in a bowl. 

In another bowl you will have to mix all the eggs, after put the eggs into the bowl with the potatoes and the onion, mix it.

 Again you will need the pan, put the oil and put it all  . When this curdling  Separate the edges , cover the pan with a plate of larger diameter than the pan and flip . 

Throw it back so that it pleases the other side .
